The problems of choice of methodology and forms of representing the enterprise strategy taking into consideration objective external factors and particularities of the internal environment are considered. Appropriateness of usage of the category of indicated environment changes predictability is justified which has individual parameters for each subject instead of the average characteristic of the instability of the external organizational environment which domains while choosing priority strategic methodology.
Approaches to the evaluation of the predictability of changes based on identification of prognostic competencies of strategy developers and probability of the predicted market depending on the enterprise’s reaction to the external factors of influence are determined.
Models of defining strategy forms and strategic methodology based on differentiable level of external environment instability and corresponding enterprises reaction which allows to identify predictability of the forecasted development are proposed.
