THE ESTIMATION OF METHODOLOGY OF REAL INVESTMENT IN EXCEL
The method of calculating criteria of the evaluation effect of the investment activity of enterprise: Net Present Value – NPV, Internal rate of return – IRR, Payback Period – PP, PI – Profitability Index is investigated and analyzed its economic sense. The expediency is grounded and technology of using the different tools of Excel for calculating the indicators of estimate of efficiency of real investments is described. There is the variant financial and economic calculations for different values of the argument are used in prospective analyses. To perform these calculations the possibilities of Excel – Data Tables are used. The sensitivity analysis for obtaining the estimates of effect and effectiveness for the range of possible conditions and identifying the pattern of dynamic the results depending of the change of predicted parameters is conducted. The impact difference interest rates on the net present value of investment project by means of Excel the Data Tables for two variables is analyzed. The impact of inflation in assessing efficiency is counted for.
