PRAGMATISM CLUSTERING ENTERPRISES ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

The article deals with current issues of pragmatism clustering alternative energy companies Zhytomyr region. Singled approaches to the quintessence of the term "cluster". The author proposed definition of biofuels cluster are shown stages of its formation and development. It is shown that the most acceptable by enhancing the region's economy is to increase the efficiency of alternative energy-based new industrial and economic system - regional biofuels cluster, the essence of which lies in cooperative efforts related enterprises, financial, research, educational, commercial and public institutions for joint production products that meet international standards. The organizational structure of regional biofuel cluster, which sets out the main actors, their functions, the composition of the Coordinating Council. The key problem of alternative energy companies, including those that can be addressed by clustering.
