THE INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT POTENTIAL FORMATION AT JOINT ENGINEERING COMPANIES
The essence of the innovation and investment potential of joint engineering companies including the analysis of its components and its definition is disclosed in this article. The structure of the innovation and investment potential of joint engineering companies is defined. The aspects of the innovation and investment potential formation of joint engineering companies are theoretically substantiated and developed so as to ensure its efficient usage. The place of innovation and investment potential in creating the necessary conditions for the optimal usage of available resources and potential opportunities that joint engineering companies have at their disposal is defined. The mission of this potential formation is revealed and includes the ability to fulfil such innovation and investment policy that will result in production competitive innovative engineering goods. It is highlighted that innovation and investment potential of joint engineering companies is directly related to the strategy of its development.
