THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF AN INNOVATIVE PERSONALITY

In this article describes the scientific principles involved in the individual innovation; investigated the sources of innovation in the works of local and foreign scientists in the field of management, characterized by problems in the practical implementation of innovation activities, the essence of innovative personality, taking into account the temporal and spatial range of influence innovation in production, social and environmental environment, the model of diffusion of innovations proposed by E. Rogers, given by the Commission for the Study of natural Productive Forces as an example of institutional change in the state in favor of the inclusion of production capacity of innovation in pursuit of political goals. And as the problems of forming the infrastructure of the economy, stimulate the growth of a culture of innovation, it is revealed that the movement of to an innovation economy is impossible without the creation of conditions for the formation of innovative aspirations, at least a majority of the society.
