INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT COOPERATION UKRAINE AND EU WITHIN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The dynamics of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the field of innovation and investment over the past decade . Determined based on the direction and areas of knowledge that are appealing to the cooperation of the EU and Ukraine. On the basis of a systematic analysis of the factors affecting the implementation of innovation and investment cooperation at the international level, and suggests ways to minimize their negative impact. All findings are confirmed evidence of the international ratings and statistics from international organizations. The methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of innovation and investment cooperation between the two countries , based on the concept of sustainable development. Feature of the proposed approach is the consideration of economic, environmental and social effects. Also, the proposed approach allows to determine the attractiveness of a particular innovative project for each of the countries - participants , taking into account the risk factors and uncertainties. The recommendations to improve the efficiency of innovation and investment cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.
