THE UKRAINIAN SOLAR ENERGETICS MARKET: DYNAMICS AND MAIN TENDENCIES

There are main problems and perspectives of the Ukrainian alternative energetics market and one of its most briskly-developing sectors – solar energy analyzed in the article. The solar energy development dynamics is reviewed, the analysis of the Ukrainian investment climate in the realm of renewable energy sources is conducted, as well as there are main conditions of the Doing Business in this realm presented. The conclusions are drawn, the main problematic points in the realm of the development of the alternative energetics in the Ukraine are determined, the collaboration of the national and foreign enterprises of the field is reviewed.

There are the main regulations adduced and analysis of the Ukrainian legislation on the issues of the electrical energy production by means of renewable sources and its sale at the "green" tariff conducted, as well as the practice of implementation of such legislation is analyzed. The own attitude towards the "Updated energetics strategy of Ukraine up to 2030" is announced, the one which might become one of the key instruments of the long-term country development planning, particularly in the realm of the alternative energetics development.

The main home producers of the photovoltaics and solar energetics raw materials are determined, and there are opportunities of the cooperation of the diverse producers by different legislation changes in the realm of local component scenarios.
