THE ENERGY FORMATION PERIODS AND FEATURES OF ELECTRICITY ENTERPRISES FUNCTIONING

Research development and operation of power energy systems is manifested in the need to study phenomena occurring in them, time and social interactions, objectively necessary continuity of old and new. Since the beginning of XX century. energy is characterized by a significant effect on all aspects of human life and thus it should be considered a life-supporting man-made factor that significantly affects the human civilization. In this research article it was systematized the main periods that define the stages of energy development and formation as a sector of the economy, which makes it possible to understand the conditions that formed the basis of modern processes that occur in the energy world. It was identified and substantiated the specific features of the energy enterprises cause of the peculiarities of the process of electricity production that do enable more adequately understand the nature of power and providing opportunities for further research to develop new mechanisms to improve the competitiveness of energy enterprises.
