TAXONOMIC ANALYSIS OF STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISES ALTERNATIVE ENERGY
The article investigates trends in the alternative energy business and strategy formation in the context of the method of taxonomy. The author has identified the range of diagnostic features to perform taxonomic analysis. Basic components which provide an effective development strategy defined resource and raw material , financial, economic, investment and innovation, marketing, management and human resources . Under each component of the company singled out the problems of operation and provided suggestions for deficiencies. Based on qualitative indicators of dominant directions assess enterprise development strategy of alternative energy presents the author's vision of a conceptual model of descriptive taxonomic analysis. Using this approach the analysis of the dynamics of a component of the company, which resulted in practical recommendations for improving the investment and innovation components of production and economic system. The scientific and methodical approach taxonomic evaluation of enterprise development strategy of alternative energy is a prerequisite for the formation of integral factor.
